Please do not include health information such as your weight, conditions, medications or test results. We do not need it to answer, and leaving it out keeps your information private. Our privacy policy and consumer health data notice explains what happens to the details you do send.
Corrections
If something on InstaTuck looks wrong or out of date, choose “Correction” and include the page address and what you think should change. A link to your source helps a lot. An editor checks every report against our sources and updates the page and its date when a fix is needed; changes to medical information go back through medical review first. Our editorial standards describe the full corrections process.
We cannot give medical advice
InstaTuck is an information service, not a clinic. We cannot tell you whether a treatment is right for you, whether you meet a medication’s criteria, what dose to take or how to handle a side effect. Those questions need a licensed clinician who knows your health history. Here is where to turn instead:
- Emergencies: call 911.
- Questions about your treatment: your doctor, nurse practitioner or pharmacist. Our guide to finding a weight-loss doctor, clinic or surgeon explains which professional does what and how to check credentials.
- Side effects from a medicine or device: tell your clinician, and you can report it to the FDA’s MedWatch program, online or by phone at 1-888-INFO-FDA (1-888-463-6332).
- Not sure which options to look into? Find My Options shows the kinds of approaches that match your goal and preferences. Your answers stay in your browser.
Questions about a page
If a page is unclear or you think a topic is missing, tell us. Reader questions shape what we write next. Before you write, you may find the answer in our Learn hub, which explains status badges, research and how to read a study, or in the free calculators and tools.
Partnerships and advertising
Programs, clinics, telehealth services and brands can choose “Partnership”. We are open to working with organizations whose offers fit our standards, but a partnership never buys a better position, a better scorecard or a softer review, and every paid relationship is disclosed. We do not work with sellers of compounded versions of approved drugs or “research peptides”. Read how InstaTuck makes money before you write. More details will follow on a dedicated partner page.
Privacy requests
To ask what personal information we hold about you, or to have it deleted, choose “Privacy request”. Most of our tools never send anything to us, so in many cases there is nothing to delete; the weight tracker, for example, keeps entries only in your own browser, and you can clear them yourself. We will confirm your request and answer it within the time the law requires.
Reviewers and experts
We are building a panel of licensed reviewers: physicians (especially obesity medicine, endocrinology and primary care), pharmacists, registered dietitians, bariatric and plastic surgeons, and dermatologists. If you are one and would like to review pages, choose “Partnership” and tell us your credential and the state where you are licensed. You can see how review works on our editorial standards page.

- Is this side effect expected with my medication, and when should I call you or seek urgent care?

Frequently asked questions
Can InstaTuck answer a question about my medication or symptoms?
No. We cannot give personal medical advice. Please ask your doctor, nurse practitioner or pharmacist, and call 911 in an emergency.
How long does it take to get a reply?
We usually reply within a few business days. Correction reports are checked by an editor; if a fix changes medical information, it goes through medical review before the page is updated.
Can my company advertise on InstaTuck?
You can contact us about partnerships. Paid relationships are always disclosed and never change order, scorecards or reviews, and we do not work with sellers of compounded drugs or research peptides.
How do I delete data you hold about me?
Send a privacy request through the form. Our calculators and Find My Options do not send your entries to us, and the weight tracker stores data only in your browser, where you can clear it yourself.
